The Agentiva website (agentiva.co.za) sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising or social media trackers. Its fonts and images are served from our own site.
The platform
When you sign in to the platform at app.agentiva.co.za, it uses only these strictly necessary cookies. The platform cannot work without them, so they are not optional.
- Sign-in session (sb-…-auth-token)
- Keeps you signed in. Lasts until you sign out or the session expires.
- Remembered device (agentiva_device)
- Only if you tick “Remember this device”: skips the emailed sign-in code on that browser for 30 days.
- Developer session (agentiva_dev, agentiva_dev_device)
- Only for Agentiva staff using the internal developer console.
These cookies cannot be read by other websites or by scripts on the page, and are only sent over secure connections.
Why there is no cookie banner
We only use cookies that are needed to provide the service you asked for, so there is nothing to opt in to. If we ever add analytics or other optional cookies, we will ask for your permission first and update this page.
