Refund and cancellation policy

• Email ai@miax.co.za from your agency’s administrator address to cancel.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the month you have already paid for. You keep access until then, and you will not be billed again.
• Before access ends you can ask us for a copy of your data. See our privacy policy for what happens to it afterwards.

Monthly fees are not refunded, in full or in part, once the month has started. We will refund or credit you if:

• you were billed in error, or billed after your cancellation took effect;
• we could not provide the service for a substantial part of a paid month because of a fault on our side (in which case we refund or credit that part of the month);
• the law requires a refund in your situation.

Email ai@miax.co.za or call 060 883 7690 with your agency name and the invoice concerned. Approved refunds are paid back using the method you paid with.

This policy does not take away any right you have under South African law, including the Consumer Protection Act and the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act where they apply to your business. The full agreement is in our terms of service.
